Real Estate

What if we could talk about 1 useful benefit in a short time and create a desire to learn more ? This is where I feel Sora's videos using yourself can be greatly helpful in the real estate world. No need to be camera ready, take multiple takes, or consume a lot of time to get a great video. Use Sora to output something useful, and include your contact info. Short and simple.

Using Sora to promote a real estate business

Chamber of Commerce

A Chamber of Commerce could provide a trial membership and use customized generated videos to promote the trial offering by having an announcer present the trial directly to the winner. In this example, I have won a 30 day trial membership.

Using Sora to promote a Chamber of Commerce

Prompt: Game show where the host congratulates @User (replace with your name) for winning a 30 trial membership to the Chamber of Commerce (replace with your name). “connect with local members, advertise your business, and build a network to grow your business. Click the link to learn more” (replace with your custom message).@User responds “wow, thank you” (replace with your message)

The announcer could have easily been changed to the Executive Director or a sales person, and the winner can be a direct customer. In order for the customer to be in the video, the customer must also use Sora's system and have a Cameo. Adoption over time can make this type of marketing more of a possibility.

Sora has been great at:

• using believable cameos (it really seems and sounds like its me!)

• using names in videos (written on screen and spoken by characters)

• including contact information (phone numbers, websites, etc.)

Sora has not been great at:

• ending a video properly - too often seems abrupt

• consistency - sometimes you get garbage (useless videos). For instance, this could mean the video's picture quality is not good, characters have issues (don't appear, wrong people, etc..), or issues with physics (not appearing to be within the space or perspective issues).

All of these things will continue to improve, but there is no denying we're off to a great start. This is a great first look at how someone's Sora cameo (their own video and voice) can be used to create highly customizable videos to promote a business. Lets see what the future brings.
