Cybersecurity Program Update: INKY Email Security

For 2026, INKY Email Security has been added to ServiceByte One.

INKY uses advanced AI and behavioral analysis to detect phishing, impersonation, and malicious email content that traditional filters often miss. It also provides real-time coaching to users inside their inbox, helping them make safer decisions without slowing down work.

This addition strengthens protection against:

Compliance Program Update: Our Biggest Expansion Yet

The 2026 update includes the most significant expansion to the ServiceByte One Compliance Program since it was launched.

In addition to existing compliance tools and support, ServiceByte One now includes ongoing creation and maintenance of:

• Risk Assessments

• Incident Response Plans

• Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plans

These are not one-time documents. They are reviewed and updated regularly as your business, systems, and risks change.

Traditionally, these services are handled as expensive standalone consulting projects. By including them directly in ServiceByte One at a low monthly cost, clients get:
