As part of our ongoing commitment to improving ServiceByte One, we review and enhance the program every year based on real-world threats, compliance expectations, and client feedback.
For 2026, we’ve made two important updates—one to strengthen everyday cybersecurity protection, and one that significantly expands the compliance support included in the program.
Cybersecurity Program Update: INKY Email Security
Email remains the most common entry point for cyber incidents, and the tactics used in phishing and impersonation attacks continue to evolve.
For 2026, INKY Email Security has been added to ServiceByte One.
INKY uses advanced AI and behavioral analysis to detect phishing, impersonation, and malicious email content that traditional filters often miss. It also provides real-time coaching to users inside their inbox, helping them make safer decisions without slowing down work.
This addition strengthens protection against:
Phishing and impersonation attacks
Account takeovers
Malicious links, attachments, and QR codes
Brand spoofing and email-based fraud
INKY runs quietly in the background and improves over time, adding another strong layer of protection where most attacks begin.
Compliance Program Update: Our Biggest Expansion Yet
The 2026 update includes the most significant expansion to the ServiceByte One Compliance Program since it was launched.
In addition to existing compliance tools and support, ServiceByte One now includes ongoing creation and maintenance of:
Risk Assessments
Incident Response Plans
Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plans
These are not one-time documents. They are reviewed and updated regularly as your business, systems, and risks change.
Traditionally, these services are handled as expensive standalone consulting projects. By including them directly in ServiceByte One at a low monthly cost, clients get:
Up-to-date documentation when it’s actually needed
Reduced disruption compared to large one-off assessments
Better alignment with insurance, regulatory, and audit expectations
Lower overall cost than engaging outside firms separately
This approach turns compliance from a stressful, periodic project into a manageable, ongoing program.
What This Means for You
With the 2026 updates, ServiceByte One delivers:
Stronger email security against today’s most common threats
More complete compliance coverage without surprise consulting fees
Predictable costs and less disruption
Documentation that stays current instead of going stale
